最近看了很多标明是short sale 的房子,一直不知道short sale是什么意思,与foreclosure之间有什么关系。周末读报纸,读到了一篇讲short sale的文章,终于弄明白了什么是short sale。

All these "not do"s concern very important issues that would bring you serious troubles. It seems common sense, but some people just don't understand. 1)一戒赖惰 (SELLER) Sounds funny. There is some truth in it. Some sellers think that as long as they can reduce the price to the amount the repair would require, the buyer would take the house. Not true. You spend 2 dollars for repair. You get 6, or 10. You have one dollar repair for the sale, seller asks for 3 dollars. I’ll ask for 10! Suggestion: Don’t be lazy. Prepare carefully before you put it to the market. |

在房市一片买房的市场及卖房周期延长的呼声中,偶家房子在上市后两周内出手了,而且可以说是是FULL PRICE 卖出的.可喜可贺!由此可见,凡事还是有例外的~~~:).如果小区周边环境,还有房子本身属于优质产品还是有识货的人. 先说说偶家小区环境.小区的治安环境是很不错的,三个GATE出入口都有门岗,不是住户的车辆来往都要登记;有自己雇佣的警察不时在小区巡罗,可以这样说 吧,偶家的门很多时候都没上锁,车门车窗开着停在车道上也不用担心有人会开走.而小区自然环境,风景秀丽,湖光水色,三个天然湖泊,一个高尔夫球场.不时 有人在湖里荡漾,球场上上挥杆,一片安静详和....... |
